Generally speaking, people use green because it is very irritating to the eyes, and the manufacturing and maintenance personnel are not easily fatigued by working on the PCB for a long time, and the damage to the eyes is also small. There are also common colors, yellow, black and red. Paints of various colors are paints that are sprayed onto surfaces after manufacture.

Another reason is that the common color is green, so processing plants have the most green paint in stock, so the cost of cooking oil is relatively low. In the case of repairing PCB boards, it is easier to distinguish the difference between different wirings and white, while the correlation between black and white is difficult to identify. In order to more easily distinguish their own product grades, each manufacturer will use two colors to distinguish high-end products and low-end products. For example, Asus, which produces notebook motherboards, has a mid-to-low-end yellow board and a high-end classroom blackboard. Biostar's blue oil board is a high-end board, and the green oil board is a low-end board.

At present, only the cost of black oil PCB is higher than other PCBs, but it does not mean that the performance of black oil PCB is stronger, but in production, black oil PCB has the greatest difficulty in drilling, so the product qualification rate will be higher.
